I went into the dealership looking for a used vehicle and unfortunately felt my first experience wasn't a great one when it came to dealing with the sales manager. I approached AutoFair Ford on recommendation from a co-worker after dealing with a few other dealerships that seemed only interested in what's easiest and best for them. I had a situation that required some finesse and someone to look into my situation and understand it rather than just run a credit report and look at the number. Not only did they accommodate me, they built and designed a better deal than I ever thought I could get. I approached the dealership online and Julie helped get the ball rolling.. She had everything waiting for me then Todd Heasley my sales consultant spent time with me (it was late evening and 21 degrees out).. He didn't rush me a bit, gave me the facts and let me decide. After which Tom Adams in Finance worked his magic. This was an outstanding experience!!
