I had gone to Toyota in Bow NH because my husband wanted a Toyota truck. The sale person there didn't let me test drive the truck I was looking at, she went over their sales pitch, which was what on the tru a Toyota truck. Didn't seem like she even wanted to sale me anything. I then went to AutoFair, where Alex came up to me and asked if he could help me with anything. I told Alex that I am his worst nightmare.( I wasn't sure what I wanted or if you would have what I was looking for) I told Alex I needed something that can tow a trailer with two snowmobiles. Alex took the time to find out what the Edge could tow. Then took me out for a test drive. Alex went over the number with me. I didn't want to do anything till I talk with my husband. Alex let me bring the Edge to where my husband work. I personal love fords but I was sent out for a Toyota. I have you know my husband drove the Edge home and I haven't got to drive it yet. Thank you Alex I think that all of you at AutoFair are very helpful, work has a team. It is very nice to see a place where everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to help you. More

He helped me not only find the car that was the right fit for me, but also, after some negotiation, got me down to an affordable price for my new vehicle. He took an interest to more than just the purchase and it was great to talk to someone who wanted to help me find the right car for me. I called for a specific Ford truck online for sale. Julie said it was for sale and in stock. I drove 1-1/2 hour to see and then they said it was not available. I told them Julie said it was...then the Salesm said it was for sale and in stock. I drove 1-1/2 hour to see and then they said it was not available. I told them Julie said it was...then the Salesman Russ said its sold. I went home the next day called on the same truck two different times of the day to get different people and they said it was still for sale and available. I told them that it was still online for sale and they are lying. This is known in sales as a bait and switch. They get you to come in for one vehicle and sell you something more expensive. Yes, they are super friendly there and their service is great, but the bottom line is "buyer beware" . I did buy a Ford Lariat and was happy with it until the 4wd did not work. I dumped the truck and purchased a Mercury Mariner from my Local Ford Dealer. The business manager from Autofair contacted me and informed me of their" computer glitch" and apologized for the problem. He also assisted me in expediting my vehicle warranty refund and gap insurance that normally would have taken six weeks to get. (Thanks to Sean Woodruff) .The bottom line is try your LOCAL Ford dealer first! Claremont Ford in Claremont NH has a no pressure sales team that works with you for the car you want. They are honest and their staff is great. If you buy from AutoFair Ford make sure you test EVERYTHING before you leave the lot especially the 4WD! More

The engine light came on in my Escape. I called Leo in service. His first question was "how is the car running?" But, just as Leo said the problem was fixed without having to go to the dealership. Thank you, Leo! This type of service and commitment to your customers is why I will keep coming back to AutoFair Ford for continued service and when I am in the market for a new car the only place I will shop!
