I've been dealing with credit fraud and was having difficulty purchasing a vehicle. Bill, Gus & Chuck worked for 2 days with different banks on trying to finance me and they finally found a bank that difficulty purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I walked through the door to the second I left with my new vehicle I was treated so nice, fairly, and honesty. Talked down to us like we didn't know anything. Tried to tell us to keep paying for a car that didn't run and take out a new loan. When I asked him what to do about my vehicle he told me to donate it to cha tell us to keep paying for a car that didn't run and take out a new loan. When I asked him what to do about my vehicle he told me to donate it to charity as he said it's only worth a dollar to them! And my car was a Ford. I ended up going elsewhere and purchasing a Hyundai & getting $2500 for my old car. More

I was a customer of State Motors for 20+ years. I knew them and they knew me. We had a great relationship. I had my cars serviced only there and appreciated the service I received. I was very disappointe them and they knew me. We had a great relationship. I had my cars serviced only there and appreciated the service I received. I was very disappointed to learn that the Mercury line had been discontinued and that the only cars being sold at State Motors were to be Lincolns. So, when it came time to buy a new car, I approached AutoFair with mixed feelings as it was like turning my back on State Motors. But when I walked up to the front door of AutoFair and Keith Thibodeau warmly greeted my husband, Burt, and me, I knew this was exactly where I belonged. His gentle, soft spoken demeanor put me right at ease and erased any apprehensions I had about even being there. Yes, Keith is certainly a "keeper"! Keith had a great way of flushing out what I really was looking for as he determined the cars I should be sampling. I was very pleased with the entire process even though it took a relatively short time. I must have been more motivated to buy a Ford than I realized. Do you suppose it was all those great TV ads at work here? Hmm... Gus Mayr was pleasant to work with and not at all "pushy" about closing the deal. He beautifully explained every thing so that our questions were answered and we felt satisfied with the purchase. All of the other people I met, Matt Roy,the Business Manager, and the other sales personnel were very friendly, polite, and respectful. Collectively, they all are viable assets for AutoFair. I believe I am about to start building another satisfying relationship with Ford Motor! More
