In response to this review, we hold our staff to very high standards and that includes our reconditioning department. Therefore, when we found out that one of our customers was not happy with the cleanliness of his new truck, we offered to re-clean the vehicle to his satisfaction, and we also offered a vehicle free of charge to drive while it was being cleaned. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. It’s in our best interest to have our vehicles in top condition upon delivery, and we have several processes and quality checks to ensure that this happens. We’re always trying to improve our processes to minimize mistakes as much as possible, but when one is made and a customer is unsatisfied, we will do whatever is needed to rectify the situation.
