I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with the service I received from my sales agent Scott and his Manager Adell. Actually I even liked the finance guy (I'm sorry but I cannot recall his name) he was more than willing to make sure I fully understood all of my options as well as how all the numbers worked on the forms. (I can say without any doubt that I fully understand all of my finance paperwork. One of my biggest pet peeves is bad customer service and I have no problems what so ever about making any discontentment I may have very, VERY well known. (You don't want me to tell you about my birthday trip to Foxwoods. Never stay at the MGM Grand.) I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Scott and Adell.
