My husband and I have owned Ford vehicles for the past twenty two years, first a Ford Bronco II for twelve years and then a Ford Escape for the past ten years. When it came time to trade in our Escape we didn't hesitate to go back to AutoFair Ford in Manchester NH. This dealership has been taking care of our vehicle for the past ten years and we were very satisfied with their service dept. So we decided to go to them to get a new vehicle. Their sales staff were just as friendly and helpful as the service dept. We ended up purchasing a 2010 Ford Escape Limited and we LOVE it. I (wife) am especially happy with it. I work at night and driving this vehicle to work in the snow and freezing weather this past winter has been a very positive thing. I have felt very safe in it and have had no problems what so ever. I just am so proud of owning this SUV and keep noticing how many others have made the same great decision to purchase a vehicle from Ford. Doug listened, which we feel is key in such a business, and he zero'd in on a ford focus for us and we loved it very reliable and within our budget. We have been trying to reestablish our credit and so it worked out great that we could Both be on the loan AND the bank that the office got for us after the first one didn't work out, was even $25 less than the original bank loan! Made the experience even sweeter. Lastly I really appreciated the gentle, kind and non-aggressive style of Doug throughout our time in working out the deal.
