Very professional. I like the pit stop option for quick things like adding windshield fluid. All the service people are extremely friendly and communicate well. Absolutely terrible. Came in at 7:30 for a oil change at 8:27 got a call saying needed to fix a recall ( something to do with the program software) 9:12 got a text saying Came in at 7:30 for a oil change at 8:27 got a call saying needed to fix a recall ( something to do with the program software) 9:12 got a text saying my car was ready didn’t get my car until 9:22. Told me it was going to be a half hr-hr in total it clearly wasn’t I specifically said if it was going to take longer I would prefer to come back a different day for the recall thing Josh assured I would be out in a timely manner again I clearly wasn’t at 9:21 I literally had to call about my car this was the worst experience I’ve ever had More
