Allison and John on phone were great however when picked up car it had glass all over the seats, air vents, and still inside passenger door. Also had door mark dent outside. John had vacuumed but next.day my wife found all on vent and she had Rogaine at home. Glass still rattling inside door. No help in 800 dollar cost and is only 3 months old.
