Fully unimpressed as I spent, no word of exaggeration, over TWO HOURS waiting for the job to be done, sitting in a waiting area that had on a horrible, loud TV show about people remodeling their oversized suburban homes. Al, the sales person, gave decent service, though apparently the computer system they were using was malfunctioning. Initially I was pleased to be sold a package of 3 oil changes at a decent discounted cost. I knew I was falling for the deal, but it WAS a good deal... two hours later and I severely regretted that decision as I am now obligated to go back there. I was scared for my car at how long it took. Would I ever see it again? When I finally did drive off, I noticed just 24 hours later some odd rumbles coming from my car when in the low gears... very infuriating as I have never ever had that issue with my car. Do what you can to avoid this place and go to your slightly more expensive, local mom and pop AAA certified mechanic who comes recommended by someone you trust because you definitely cannot trust these guys to get the job done properly in a timely manner. More
