She never stopped helping us with good suggestions and recommendations as well as making our process as smooth as possible!!! Even after the deal was done, Susan continued to watch out for us by checking 3 times to see if our new car was ready! She offered us water and popcorn several times and made sure we were comfortable AND she did not miss a beat or forget anything we discussed like referral bonus. The facility itself was super clean, well laid out and they even had a heated garage stall where you could unpack your belongings from your car to the new car! I thought that was real cool as it is winter outside and very cold!!!! :) More

Went in to have a remote starter removed & install new one. Brought my Mom's car in to have a old car starter removed & a new one installed & have the battery checked out., Also to check it out. After i got home Randell called me to discuss the findings, I told him to go ahead & fix what they found.
