Went to a different Honda dealership and my issues were fixe I bought my vehicle from Autofair Honda in Manchester and the primary issue I had with my vehicle was a locking issue. I brought it in multiple times I bought my vehicle from Autofair Honda in Manchester and the primary issue I had with my vehicle was a locking issue. I brought it in multiple times. One time I told them about it and said that if I can't replicate it, they can't do anything about it. I then brought it in again with a video showing that the issue is legitimate. They told me "oh, well in the video you tried to open it too fast. You need to give it time." The only time they were willing to take a good look at it is conveniently after my warranty ended. I then brought it to another Honda dealership nearby and they found the issue THE SAME DAY! It was the door actuators on the front driver door and rear passenger. I had to deal with this issue with Autofair Honda for almost three years. They never even offered an in depth diag when my vehicle was under warranty. A person who works across the street from me said she also never goes to Autofair Honda for the exact same reason. Even other dealerships have said they have heard the exact same thing from people who decided to go to them instead of Autofair. Never again could I deal with such a company with disgusting standards on the treatment of customers. This was debatably the most stressful experience I have ever dealt with in my life. Recently we had a service issue in which all the mainten We have 2 Honda's and have bought and/or serviced 3 pilots, 2 civics, and a CRV at Autofair. Recently we had a service issue in which all the maintenance was done but mechanic forgot to rotate tires. I called the service manager and we agreed it was an oversight and next one is on them! Problem solved. But other experiences have also been good from sales to service. More

Thankful for the car of my dreams! Buying a car has never been a pleasant experience for me, however this time was different. Mike was patient while I tried out a few different used ca Buying a car has never been a pleasant experience for me, however this time was different. Mike was patient while I tried out a few different used car to find the ONE that I never thought I could afford. My knight in shining armor was Adal, who taught me what every gadget does in the car. He also went above and beyond setting up the navigation system to my home address and resetting the lock code on the door to my own personal code. When I forgot my garage door opener in the car I traded in - Mike retrieved it for me and sent me a message that he had it. Its people like Mike and Adal that make the car buying process easy and satisfying. I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in the door. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good value and kind people. More
