Great customer service I would like to commend Randall for excellent customer service skills. He has a fantastic personality and was very knowledgeable. I went in for tire I would like to commend Randall for excellent customer service skills. He has a fantastic personality and was very knowledgeable. I went in for tire rotation and oil change; however, Randall offered to also perform a state inspection put my 2020 sticker on so I would not have to go back in a couple of months. As always AF Honda impressed me with their amazing CS I am never disappointed when I go to AutoFair Honda and their Customer Service. Ryan greeted me right away when I pulled into the bay. He went over the services that they suggest be done. While I was in the waiting room doing work, he came in and asked me if I wanted a desk to work on instead of the seats. When it came down to talking about new tires for my car, he said that he only had 3 but would have the 4th one in the next day, Saturday. He did not hold me down to a specific time to come in and get them on. When I pulled in, again, he was right there in front of me to greet me. And again I was doing my work, but this time the area for desks were full. I went into the children's area since it was empty. He came and got me when there was a seat opened in the desk area. He got me a deal on the tires. More
