Engine failed on New Year's Eve! Can't say enough about Brett Petrikas and the Service Team at AutoFair Honda. My 2010 Accord started misfiring at 6PM on New Year's Eve, and I thought Can't say enough about Brett Petrikas and the Service Team at AutoFair Honda. My 2010 Accord started misfiring at 6PM on New Year's Eve, and I thought I was completely over a barrel... no way was I gonna find an open dealership, let alone one with a service department still in-house and loaners available. Made it the 30 miles to Manchester and couldn't have been more surprised to find a full-staff, all supportive and encouraging, and Brett finding us a loaner immediately, saving our night completely. The staff was informative and open about the diagnostics and the needed work, and Honda National worked with their team to cover some of the costs of repair as well. All the while they kept us in the loop, and were as transparent as possible about the final costs. Honestly couldn't recommend this team enough broadly, but even moreso Brett particularly. What a stand-up guy. Thanks so much!! More

Great salesmen We have always been a fan of autofair and have dealt with Mike Miller. This time we fear with both Mike and Harrison. We had problems with the new vehicle mechanically wise and both did what they could to make it right. In the end they came out with a new vehicle and paperwork so that I wasn’t inconvenienced by having to drive back to the dealership. More

He put me on the most expendive plan. I I was very disappointed in the how he handle the sale. I even told one of the managers there at Honda. More
