When I explained to them I had already done all of that, the mechanic came back out and sat in my car and didn't leave until we both found a solution and fixed the problem. I love dealing with Honda. Oh and also, I was never given an attitude or treated like I was being annoying, they seemed happy to help me. More

I also had a rewards account which allowed me to defray the cost of the additional work which was found during the multipoint check. We're always concerned about safety, so we were glad the technician had noticed the worn belt and suggested it be replaced.
