Made sure I left happy I came in with my USB cord not working in my car. True to fashion, of course when the mechanic went to test the cord, it connected instantly to his phone. They came to get me and said they couldn't find anything wrong and to check X,Y and Z. When I explained to them I had already done all of that, the mechanic came back out and sat in my car and didn't leave until we both found a solution and fixed the problem. I love dealing with Honda. Oh and also, I was never given an attitude or treated like I was being annoying, they seemed happy to help me. More

I never had to wait for a response to my questions, even if Debbi wasn’t available someone else would connect with me and let me know I was important. There was no sales pressure, everyone was honest. I had a tough time choosing what color I wanted so Debbi went out in the frigid weather to video a movie of three different colors. I will definitely go back when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle. More
