The one point my wife and I both found incredibly thoughtful was when we got into our new car all the radio stations that were previously set in our old car were transferred to the new car without being asked. He went above abd beyond to ensure I was happy even after a week of having my HR-V. As the winter approached a light on my dash board popped up and I wasn’t sure what it was. I reached out to him and he immediately reassured me to just swing by the dealership to have service look at it. I had finally was able to get there recently & the service department was wonderful. They took care of the issue & found that my battery was on the way out the door. With the warranty still on my vehicle I was able to get a new battery placed in a decent amount of time. Thank you team Honda for taking great care of me :) More
