Tire stem cover was Frozen (and not as in cold) on. We were there on Saturday because we broke the tire valve stem while trying to remove the metal stem cover to put air in the tires. They were not abl We were there on Saturday because we broke the tire valve stem while trying to remove the metal stem cover to put air in the tires. They were not able to remove one of the stem covers because it was frozen. The pressure in three tires was good but the 4th was low a couple of days later. I called them and they told me to bring it right in. I was hoping that they would be able to remove it without breaking it (the stems have sensors in them making it an expensive stem). THANKFULLY they were able to remove the metal cap without breaking the stem and replaced all the caps with plastic caps that wont get stuck on the stem. I now feel safe with all 4 tires at the same pressure. THANK YOU!! More

Superb service I was scheduled for a lengthy service visit and I live almost 2 hours away. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 and we were expecting a huge snows I was scheduled for a lengthy service visit and I live almost 2 hours away. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 and we were expecting a huge snowstorm by the end of the day. I left early and called when I was about an hour away to see if my appointment could be moved up. The service advisor I spoke with said absolutely and moved my appointment to 10:00. They got me in as soon as I arrived and I was done by noon. Couldn’t ask for better service! Very satisfied! More
