We arrived around 6:45am and were impressed to see the lights kick on and the service dept up and running before the 7a opening time (despite sub zero temps that day). Randall flagged us in and immediately started the process. Just as we were finishing up our cup of coffee in the waiting room Randall came in to let us know the battery was replaced/car ready. Randall and Auto Fair's service techs performance was superior and exceeded our expectations. More

I asked if I could leave my coffee mug at Randall's desk and he agreed. I was part-way home when I realized that I forgot to pick up my coffee mug, but then noticed that it was in the cup-holder! That was a thoughtful touch and the kind of attention to details that separates great service from good service. I like this dealership and will be back!
