Evertte Macey is a very friendly Sales agent, But i have been trying to get a hold of him, We asked if there was another key for this ridge line we bought, he has NOT GOTTEN BACK TO US, AND WHEN WE WERE GOING TO DRIVE MY RIDGE LINE HOME HE WAS AWARE OF THE TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT WAS STILL ON, HE SAID JUST KEEP DRIVING IT WILL GO OUT, I WENT UP TO MY SISTERS CAMP 140 MILES AWAY, IT IS STILL ON, THIS HAS TO BE FIXED, I THINK THE PRESSURE GAUGE IN TIRE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. Not the best experience We were pressured by every staff person you encounter to give a 5 out of 5 rating. What is the point of having this rating survey if you are harassed We were pressured by every staff person you encounter to give a 5 out of 5 rating. What is the point of having this rating survey if you are harassed to give perfect scores. It ruined our experience and honestly only made us want to give lower scores. We waited a long time for our financial information while at the dealership. It felt we were left alone by our salesman far too long with no updates. Then after waiting so long we then felt rushed because we were asked to clean out our current vehicle and switch to the new one, but we hadn't even gotten a final payment amount. The overall experience was a bit frustrating and could have been handled better. After we left with the care we were told we would get a phone call regarding the financing the next day. We did not hear from the dealership and we had to call ourselves. Being left in the dark with no updates was very frustrating. More
This trip was excellent. THIS trip was excellent. They were quick and very pleasant, and when I asked a question they couldn't answer, Ryan found it out before I went to the THIS trip was excellent. They were quick and very pleasant, and when I asked a question they couldn't answer, Ryan found it out before I went to the waiting area instead of me having to wait until my Service was done as in the past I When they told me it was going to take about 3 1/2 hours, they gave me a rental so I wouldn't have to wait around. Then they called me to let me know when it was ready, which was sooner than they thought, but said to take my time getting back. Things appear to be working fine but since I only use the car once or twice a week I won't really know until I actually have to use it. However I only gave a 4-star because of my last trip there when they knew I was not happy so they never sent me a survey, which told me that they only send surveys to people who are 100% pleased in order to get the five star rating. Truth is last time was the only time I was that upset and, it appears to be, the only time they did not send me a survey. More
