Great Sales Representative - Dan Griffin! Amazing and Accommodating! I walked into the dealership after connecting with Dan via email. He made a video of one of the cars I was interested in, Amazing and Accommodating! I walked into the dealership after connecting with Dan via email. He made a video of one of the cars I was interested in, so I could review it before I arrived at the dealership. Amazing! I had an issue and wasn't able to arrive at the appointed time and was late. Dan was very accommodating and said he'd be waiting for us when we arrived. Sure enough, he was outside waiting for us! I test drove a particular vehicle and was all set to choose it, when I found it wasn't in my price range. Dan said he could find a vehicle with all of my "must haves", including a price within my budget. We found the perfect car for me. He even stayed well past closing time, making sure I was satisfied! My first experience with AutoFair Honda I had recently gone to another dealership and had an awful experience with the Sales Manager. Someone recommended AutoFair Honda and the day that I decided to go their so many of my employees said that they are wonderful and will take care of me without being pushy. From the salesman Shawn, to John McGuire, Andy Short, Jim in finance and everyone that was in touch with me via email I simply had a great experience. No one was pushy, everyone was helpful and wanted to what was best for me. Buying a vehicle is a long enough process but having people around you that are respectful and caring makes all of the difference in the world. AutoFair Honda turned a bad situation, into a GREAT one On Jan 1st, I had my 2015 Honda Civic Si towed to AutoFair Honda for an unknown electrical issue. After diagnosing, it was found to have a faulty Mu On Jan 1st, I had my 2015 Honda Civic Si towed to AutoFair Honda for an unknown electrical issue. After diagnosing, it was found to have a faulty Multiplex Control Unit (MICU) and a faulty relay. Parts needed to be ordered. Once received and installed, it was discovered that the right front door lock actuator was defective also. Part needed to be ordered. While all this was going on, Service Advisor Nelson Medina, made sure I wouldn't be inconvenienced by providing me with a 2018 Honda Accord (with 6400 miles) as a loaner car (at no cost to me) until my car was done. When Nelson was unavailable due to scheduling, Pete Reynolds (another Service Advisor) kept me up to date and informed on my cars status. Both of these gentlemen, were kind, courteous and professional. They listened and were sympathetic to my concerns. They kept me informed and made what typically is an unpleasant situation, into a pleasant experience. More

Complete Scam Beware! I purchased a preowned car under full agreement that it was an Autofair Certified pre-owned vehicle. Once my transmission started malfunctioni Beware! I purchased a preowned car under full agreement that it was an Autofair Certified pre-owned vehicle. Once my transmission started malfunctioning I got the run around about warranty information, and was then told that they did not have record of it being an Autofair Certified pre-owned vehicle. Needless to say, it said AutoFair Certified all over it when I bought it, so I’m assuming it’s all a scam. If you have an ounce of intelligence you’ll go elsewhere for a vehicle. ALSO, Beware, and I mean BEWARE of the finance department. They will absolutely take you for everything you are worth, with a smile on their face too! If you do for some reason shop here don’t fall for their service packages, their warranties, their “gap insurance”, definitely don’t do your financing through them, and definitely don’t expect them to appreciate you after the sale is done. I promise they will make it seem like they are doing what is best for you, but they really don’t give a crap about you. I seriously can not say enough bad things about this place. More
