Upsold and underdelivered I took my Honda here to be detailed, amongst other maintenance and left it during a recent 10 day trip. The Service guy made a big deal that he would I took my Honda here to be detailed, amongst other maintenance and left it during a recent 10 day trip. The Service guy made a big deal that he would "personally" check it and upsold the most expensive detailing package to me, telling me he get it done the same day as I was going to pick up the car. I told him I wanted it done well before my return, as I wanted a deep clean and bought the most expensive package. I told him I wanted the detailers to have as much time with it as possible. My Service guy apparently forgot, and the detailers had to do a rush job. When I complained as the car was spattered on the outside, still dirty and not fully cleaned on the inside, the detailer apologized and told me they didn't have enough time to do the deep cleaning that I ordered. I was so mad I spoke to the Frank, the Manager, who went back and had 3 guys work on the car and waited. I appreciated what they tried to do, but am still mad that I paid for the deep cleaning and didn't get it. Also really angry at the service guy who wouldn't listen to my request. Nor did the service guy apologize. And no one offered to cut the cost for inconvenience, or the fact that I didn't get my the higher end full service deep clean. More
