At 8am I was told it might take up to 1 &1/2 hours . We agreed I could wait as long as 915AM and still make my commitment out of state. I noticed that my paperwork included an entire "check-up" and I expressed that I did not need or want one. I'm guessing the online sign up puts that automatically in place. My car was not finished until 10am and I had several pages of "check-up" recommendations. Not wanted - not needed - I barely made my appointment. Your representative was more than kind and tried his best but did not succeed through no fault of his. Bottom line - Too long Additional note: After my initial purchase I was entitled to free oil changes. I made an appointment, presented the auto at the scheduled time and was told the wait time was approximately 1 to 1&1/2 hours to which I asked "why did I make an appointment? and I'll allow 20 minutes." To Autofair's credit the job was finished in less than 30 minutes. This disregard for the customer's time is unacceptable. I would love to continue to do business with you as I have bought from you prior to my most recent purchase from you. I am not unfamiliar with the auto mechanics world as I was raised with family members in the field (private service stations and auto repair) with a high customer service regard. Maybe that is why I expect a higher standard. More
