I was able to get an appointment the same day I called (and that was the week before Christmas!). Chris was great, he told me all the normal maintenance for 100K and was honest about service items that were unnecessary. When they were doing the scheduled maintenance, they also checked for other issues. Chris gave me a call to see if I wanted to add those issues to the service, which I did (and it did not extend my appointment!). Picking up the car was also super easy and I like that Chris was my contact throughout, so I didn't have to deal with different people every time. Also, the shop did excellent work. My CRV may be running better now than the day I bought it. Thank-you! More

Heated Steering Wheel Install Had a Heated Steering Wheel install on my 2018 CRV Touring. Assistant service manager Nelson Medina was terrific! He coordinated the work with the se Had a Heated Steering Wheel install on my 2018 CRV Touring. Assistant service manager Nelson Medina was terrific! He coordinated the work with the service technician so we would have our vehicle back in a timely manner. Unfortunately, due to a glitch encountered, it would take a little longer then expected to complete the job. My wife and I had tickets to a show and it looked like we might miss it do to the extra time needed to finish the install. Recognizing the problem, Nelson arranged a rental car (at no charge) so we could catch the show and prevent a ruined evening. Thanks Nelson!! Upon returning to Autofair Honda a couple hours later, our vehicle was ready. One more thing . . . ; the original price quoted us for the Heated Steering Wheel install was different from the completed job. The price was $200 higher. Yet again, Nelson came to our rescue by talking to the dealer manager and was able to shave off $150 dollars. The final cost to us was only $50 higher then anticipated. Again, thanks Nelson for providing excellent customer service! And, thanks to Autofair Honda MANCHESTER for your high standards of customer care and satisfaction goals. More

He was extremely friendly and welcome me to the area as I have recently moved from MA. It took about 45 minutes for my car to be done and I did not need the tire rotation. I will be requesting John's service moving forward at Auto Fair. More
