Went in for an inspection and left with a car 6 year newer I went in to have my 2008 CRV inspected and ended up speaking with a sales person about getting into something newer. Mind you, I had around 185K in I went in to have my 2008 CRV inspected and ended up speaking with a sales person about getting into something newer. Mind you, I had around 185K in miles and it was in perfect condition. I really wasn't interested in trading my car in. Michael sent me a text the night before my scheduled inspection and asked if we could talk while they were doing the inspection. After working with Michael for just a little while, I am so happy that he came to me. I am now in a 2014 CRV and I am so completely happy and very satisfied with my new car. There was a little hiccup with the payment and I was really upset for about a 1/2 hour. That's about how long it took for Derek Hammond, my finance guy, to get the payment back down to what I needed it to be. The care that they take with you is fabulous. I have to say that "ringing the bell" when I made the sale was fantastic. While spending time on this with Michael, I found out that he has only been selling cars for about 2 months. Well, you could have fooled me. He was great! I hope that he does well. If he takes care of everyone the way he took care of me, he will be running the show in no time.
