Bad with their timing I dropped my car off before work and took their shuttle to work. I had confirmed when I made the appointment that I would like to pick up my car aroun I dropped my car off before work and took their shuttle to work. I had confirmed when I made the appointment that I would like to pick up my car around 12pm (during my lunch break). I also confirmed this time with the service manager when I dropped my car off. The shuttle driver also confirmed this pick up time. Once 12pm was approaching the shuttle driver checked in with me to see if everything was ready. I mentioned I did not receive any updates yet so I called the service manager. The service manager mentioned my car was JUST GETTING STARTED... at 12pm. I was only getting an alignment so it could've been done in the 4 hours it was waiting at the service center before 12pm. I ended up not getting back to the service center to pick up my car until 1:30pm. I was late for a meeting because of this. I would suggest not taking the shuttle service unless you are in no rush and have no appointments for the rest of the day. Luckily for the first time in a while there were no "additional issues" with my car (most of my visits include these). I presume no additional issues were mentioned because the service manager knew I was upset about the timing of the service. Traditionally there's always SOMETHING extra that they claim has to be done (I am skeptical that they are trying to take advantage of my potential lack of knowledge of cars)- but I'd love to leave a whole other review with regards to this subject. :) I will refrain from going into detail here. More
