Great Vehicle - Salesman should be a little more detailed. The experience was good. I was surprised to take the vehicle home that day. We test drove it and agreed to purchase, but after waiting around for a The experience was good. I was surprised to take the vehicle home that day. We test drove it and agreed to purchase, but after waiting around for a long time they told us they were getting it ready to go home that night. I wanted to see the vehicle in the daytime, but that was ok. I didn't feel like the salesman went over the features of the vehicle enough or the things you use the most. The last Honda I purchased, the salesman went over everything. The salesman also mention how to use a feature that my vehicle doesn't have, which I found out after I got home and read the owners manual. I also felt the vehicle was not cleaned as well as it should have been. There were spots in the cup holder area in the front and in the rear tailgate area and the plastic protective covers were still on the gas and hood latches. This has nothing to due with the salesman, dealership or my rating, but there are a few features I wish the vehicle came with that older models use to, such as a CD player and the roof rails and I wish the letters on the gear shift light up. Those are more important to me than some of the new electronic features, but overall happy with the vehicle. It will just take a little getting use to after coming out of a 2003 Honda Odyssey. More

State Inspection - Quick Fan Repair Chris was great to work with... understood my time crunch and worked to get me back on the road quickly. Had a noise problem with the cabin fan so had Chris was great to work with... understood my time crunch and worked to get me back on the road quickly. Had a noise problem with the cabin fan so had a $139 diagnostics fee (kinda high). However, the subsequent fix was included at no extra cost. So, overall.. a good experience. Would seek out Chris for the next visit. More
