Great service I had just stopped in to get detailing for my car. I do not have to make appointment which is nice . They did a great job on my car . My experience They offered a deal and guaranteed it would stay at that price. I went to finish signing papers a day later and they couldn't keep the deal it went up They offered a deal and guaranteed it would stay at that price. I went to finish signing papers a day later and they couldn't keep the deal it went up an extra 117$, making monthly payment 417$ a month. Two years prior the same thing happened to me. They offered me a deal on a car, I agreed and signed all the paper work. The next morning I had to return the car and get a new one because they couldn't do the deal anymore. Dont go shopping on a sunday because banks are closed and taking there word for it that the bank will accept it, wasnt good enough. They did help me get a good deal in the end but still a lot more money and I will not be returning to that dealership. I ended getting the same car just newer, a 2018 and it literally is the same car just different color and for an extra 117$. Its not worth it. I was in a tough situation and by no means is that the employees fault, they work hard to get a deal with me but offering deals they 100% promise would go through then didn't is beyond frustrating. The employees were nice but the too much money and been a very frustrating few years with this dealership. More

Honda Accord This is the first Honda that I've purchased and the day before purchasing the vehicle it was the first time I had been in the dealership. I went into AutoFair Honda looking to trade my 2017 Nissan Frontier in for a 2018 Honda Accord. I had already done my homework on the car and had ridden in a friends Accord so I pretty much had my mind made up and needed to work on the details. I worked Sal who is fantastic. He's a very up beat and excited person that made the process much more enjoyable. There was a little bit of back and forth on the price but ultimately Sal said he would match whatever deal another dealership was offering for the same vehicle.The day I actually purchased the vehicle I was very short on time Sal and Derek were able to get everything processed within an hour and I was out the door and in my new vehicle. Thank you for a smooth car purchasing experience. More
