EXCELLENT SERVICE - REASONABLE PRICE! Booked an appointment to get airbags replaced per a recall notice. The appointment was made quickly and easily by a lovely lady on the phone. Upon arriving at my appointment, the parts, although in short supply, had been set aside for my appointment and the work was able to be performed, as anticipated. I added a state inspection, an oil change, a tire rotation and a "FREE" multi-point inspection, which I assumed would totally jack up the cost of this service appointment. At the end of the day, the "FREE" multi-point inspection turned out to actually be FREE! Everything was great! And I got out of there for a mere $104.00 (American) Great Job! Friendly Staff! More

Recall Visit I got a recall notice for my 2010 Honda Fit for my passenger airbag. I was able to easily get an appointment. I was told it would take one hour and I got a recall notice for my 2010 Honda Fit for my passenger airbag. I was able to easily get an appointment. I was told it would take one hour and a half. It actually took a little less! My service person was great! More
Oil Change and Tire Rotation Nov 21, 2018 arrived for 7:00AM appointment for oil change and tire rotation. From check in to check out process took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Service Nov 21, 2018 arrived for 7:00AM appointment for oil change and tire rotation. From check in to check out process took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Service is usually about an hour but exceptionally slow that day. Chris stated they had a new technician who was a little slower but very thorough. Fast forward - left Honda and stopped for gas on my way to work. Checked my oil level which I do at every fill up; it's a half quart low. Call Chris - tells me to check again but wait 5-10 minutes; not much change and still low. Call back at 10:00am and leave message but no call back from Chris all day and he goes on vacation for the rest of the week. Ok, I can deal. I follow up in a few days speaking to another advisor. I explain the situation and they responded with please come back in so we can add the oil. I explained the facility is about 25 minutes away and fluids should have been checked as part of the service I came in for. It was like coming in for 2 appointments. Can they resolve it locally for me? Could they have Peters Honda do it as it was much closer or reimburse me and I will buy the quart of oil and do it myself or compensate me for having to come in again. No, no, and no; they responded we are more than happy to do it if you come to Autofair. Again, that would be a big waste of my time, gas, and miles on my car. Finally, they said that is all we can do and if that is not acceptable you can go somewhere else. That was from the other advisor (not Chris) who checked with his Service Manager. xxxx poor service this time around and I am quite shocked as I have experienced no issues up to this point. I asked very little of the service department to correct this and they were unwilling to bend outside of standard procedure. I ended up taking the hit purchasing a quart of oil from Peters Honda to fill it myself. Hoping next time will be better since I purchased a prepaid maintenance package with them. - James More
