When I went for the appointment I talked to a third person who quoted me a little higher price than the second person and the 3rd person was unaware of the program in which I was enrolled until I pointed it out to him. I was immediately greeted by sales staff (Sue) and proceeded to discuss my vehicle interests. Sue was attentive and well informed on the products. The test drive was useful and the sales environment was not high pressure. We looked at multiple vehicles and discussed multiple pricing options. Ultimately the price was just unbeatable for such a high-quality vehicle. Sue was terrific all through the process and even stayed well after her scheduled working hours the night I picked up the vehicle. I can't say how much that made the shopping experience a pleasure and one I would recommend to anyone interested in a Honda.
