Service department brought vehicle back in and determined battery was the culprit. Service advisor informed us that our battery was being replaced free of charge because that issue should have been caught during their inspection of the vehicle. Work completed quickly. More

Great people! I just released my third vehicle from Autofair Honda, Sunday, November 18. This is my 6th Honda I’ve owned since 1992! I must say I’m quite pleased I just released my third vehicle from Autofair Honda, Sunday, November 18. This is my 6th Honda I’ve owned since 1992! I must say I’m quite pleased with Joshua Goldstein and Debbie Roy! Josh was so helpful and patient while I tested out three different vehicles for a drive. There was no pressure or pushing us from either of them. I never once felt rushed. We were there for about five hours with decision-making and test drives, followed by paperwork and then trading all the stuff from my old car to the new car. Debbie was super helpful showing me how the new car worked. I ended up with a 2018 Honda accord, which I love and I’m still getting used to! The cars is smarter than people now LOL a big thanks to all! Love my new Honda. More

Great Customer Service I brought my car in for service because my AWD light was on. After the error codes were identified, Paul worked with me to determine the best course I brought my car in for service because my AWD light was on. After the error codes were identified, Paul worked with me to determine the best course of action. The repair was very expensive, but Paul researched and found that my extended warranty would pay for the entire repair. He did all of this without my asking. I was very impressed. I bring my car here for all scheduled service. I have been very happy with the customer service and quality of service. I highly recommend Autofair Honda! More
