I have a 2025 passport where the rotors failed. After 8800 miles the steering wheel would shake. It was brought in and Autofair machined the rotors and the vibration went away. Now, we are about 9000 miles after the initial repair and the vibration when braking has returned. They want to charge me to replace the once again warped rotors. The service manager would not honor the workmanship of the initial repair. “It’s out of warranty”. When asked if this is normal to have to replace rotors every 8000 miles his response was yes. Very disappointed in Honda and this dealer. More

Bunch of scammers is all they are. I took my car to get a simple repair and they wanted to charge me an insane amount. I recently got a recall for the fuel pump and my car was in and o I took my car to get a simple repair and they wanted to charge me an insane amount. I recently got a recall for the fuel pump and my car was in and out fast! So, it’s either they didn’t do the work, or they scam customers. I bet if I went in as a paying customer to get that fuel pump done, they would make it a huge ordeal. Something like, it’s going to take 4 hours minimum for the job, at 200$ an hour. BUT because this was a recall and they are getting paid by Honda a set amount… my car was in and out FAST… Stay away from from getting repairs done at a dealership, especially this one, unless it’s covered by a warranty. Find a local mechanic, make friends with them, and bring all your work and cars to them. They will treat you right.. You won’t be a cash register to them like a dealership shop. More
