Bought my 2014 Pilot there in 2017 as a certified Honda. I had a good experience and I was treated fairly. Ended up buying a few more cars from them. I wish I could say the same thing about the Pilot now that its 2023. The paint on the roof has started to pit and chip from a poor job of clear coating from Honda. Of course Honda takes no responsibility even though many thousands of owners have paint peeling off their cars, some as new as 2 years old. I think I may be done with Honda if they refuse to take care of their customers. This is coming from a person who has owned about 20 Honda's since 1982.There is a FB page dedicated to all the people suffering from paint issues. If you are buying used make sure you take a hard look at the paint job before purchasing. More
When a customer says no to an upsell that should be the end of it. You’ve explained your case don’t push it further and don’t get defensive/upset about it. Went in for a lease buy-out. Waited over 2 hours for the “finance manger” to fill out paperwork. First thing he does is give his long drawn out pitch about a coverage that is not necessary. Explain to him that we don’t want it and he gets incredibly defensive, rude and disrespectful to us. And tries to explain it again as if we didn’t understand it! Us saying should be the end. Also waiting for finance for over 2 hrs on not a busy day is unacceptable. More

I went online this morning to your website. I scheduled an appointment for today at 230pm. I arrived 30 minutes early as I value people’s time. I was told they are having issues with their on line system. I even watched a customer next to me have the same issue. I showed her my email that I received from your dealership stating my appointment at 230pm. I was told nothing could be done. The service rep was as nice as she could be. She went to the service manager twice. For the service manager not to come and speak to me Perseus unacceptable. That is poor leadership. Maybe it was because I was in shorts and a t shirt. I will never return to your dealership to buy or have my vehicle serviced there. I intend to do a Google review later this evening. I will also send an email of my experience to the Honda corporation. To think I traveled from Nashua where there is a Honda dealership to travel to your location going through two tolls. Just amazing that no one in leadership spoke with me. I plan on sharing my experience with everyone I know. I suspect that doesn’t matter as well. More
