See below (Your review) Had a new seat belt installed. When the car was ready, we were surprised to see that the car interior was not put back together as it should be. Unfortunately, every single person I've ever dealt with in the service department has told me that the must receive a 5 star rating or don't comment at all. I don't like being pressured on how I should review everyone. Almost everyone I've dealt with has been very good, but don't tell me how I should review them. That said, Chris was very good. I am very disgusted that for my navigation updates, Honda "can't" install them; I have to download them onto a flash drive and install them myself. This will most likely be the last Honda I own. I also have an iPod that I've had issues with that Honda has tried to resolve, but could have done better. We have another car that my iPod works seamlessly with. (Volvo). Have also noticed that there is a large turnover in service personnel; that pushes me towards other dealers. More

When I was going through paperwork, I noticed that I had paid the surcharge for an inspection upfront, but had yet to get one. I was seen promptly and my car was inspected within 10-15 minutes. More

The finance department (Mo) was fantastic and gave me great insight into financing options. I have my vehicles serviced there also and am happy for the most part. They could have worked with me on the price a bit more I feel as I did buy the car I traded in from them 2 years ago. They made good money off of it as I know what I paid for it 2 years ago and what they gave me for it this past weekend. More
