Pat, we apologize for your experience. Our paperwork is generated out of a computer program that populates the words "Customer states" before listing the work to be completed. It might typically read, customer states, vibration at high-speeds. The Multi-Point Inspection is complimentary and populates automatically. If you don't want a multi-point-inspection or any paperwork, just request that in advance and we will comply. The only time we won't be able to comply entirely is when a recall happens as Honda obligates us to providing paperwork for the recall itself.
