On our complimentary multi-point-inspections we will 'recommended' work that is coming up in the future and note any components that need to be addressed under 'failed.' It is on us to explain the difference every time. Clarity on this subject is of the utmost importance to us and we are very sorry that this did not happen. Here is an example: We may start advising that your tires are coming due around 4/32nds of tread remaining, especially in the winter, but they do not fail until they hit 2/32nds. Hopefully this helps and apologize for your experience.
