When I bring car in for one specific thing I HATE being hounded about everything else that SHOULD be done just because you need to make money. I will NEVER ok them to do any other work. That part with your techs is so annoying. I know what needs to be done and I will do it only if I want too when it is convenient for me - not because you need to make money. Example - just brought car in for recall for airbag. Page 4 of all the wasted paperwork you gave me states that I requested a multi-point vehicle inspection. I NEVER DID! That’s a lie. I brought it in for the airbag and only the airbag. They tried to sell me new tires which I will not buy from you because they are too expensive. And tires will be put on before winter at my convenience and somewhere else where the price is better. They. also lectured about other things. I am getting a little sick of this. Save your money and stop giving me PAGES of paperwork (8 just for the recall) that I only toss in the trash. You might want to work on a better system of getting people in and out of there. That is NEVER a quick process. More
