One issue I did have that I didn't realize until the paperwork was signed was that the title, taxes and destination charges were supposed to be removed from the total price and eliminated as part of the deal from my understanding during our conversation. I don't believe this happened which might explain the higher than expected monthly payments. Another suggestion would be to tell a potential lessee about the mandatory maintenance required for a lease ahead of time. I didn't know about this until after the paperwork was signed. I would have done all the maintenance myself and saved money. Everything else went flawlessly. More
Not great news, very nice support and service. I brought my car in for an oil change. I also ended up needing tires which was a surprise to me, this added expense made looking for a new car harder I brought my car in for an oil change.
