Probably wouldn't be a return customer The week leading up to our initial visit I ended up speaking with 5 different people. We were quoted a "eprice" that was never acknowledge (which I'l The week leading up to our initial visit I ended up speaking with 5 different people. We were quoted a "eprice" that was never acknowledge (which I'll get to) I filled out a credit app and expressed I wanted to pretty much sign and drive as i was driving 3 hours round trip. We were told "credit is good, we can get you financed no problem". We arrive and right off the bat we were car salesmaned with a price 2k more than what the car was listed for online. We told them how we were quoted a eprice and then they pulled some shady shifting and told us our only option was to lease. At the end of the day it was totally calculated and they knew what their goal was before we even set foot in the dealership. After beating us down I gave in to the option of leasing although I was disgusted the way things were handled. Then when I got home realized there was a nasty dirty rag on my back seat, one wheel wasn't polished and they put the wrong # inspection sticker on which will cost me $50.00. I emailed Shawn but never heard back. I assume that's what happens once a deal is closed... disappointed More
