Quick service, friendly service people. My service advisor was terrific. Friendly and knowledgeable. However, I do have a comment about the actual service technician that serviced my vehicle My service advisor was terrific. Friendly and knowledgeable. However, I do have a comment about the actual service technician that serviced my vehicle. I’m sue he/she is an excellent service tech. But, they forget to reset my service minder after changing my oil and filter. After discovering this when I reached my home, I called Autofair HONDA to learn how to reset the service minder myself. The service advisor I spoke with was helpful but after following his instructions the service minder would not reset for some reason. I tried two different ways to reset the service minder but neither worked. The service advisor said the I can stop by the service department and they would reset it for me. I’ll be doing that tomorrow. My criticism and recommendation is for all service personnel to double check their work before handing the vehicle over to the customer. I now have to go out of my way to re-visit AutoFair HONDA to have this mistake taking care of. This is the reason I gave a rating of three stars. More
