Typical Look I love Honda, and I respect the sanctity of a Honda dealership, but let’s call a spade a spade here. I came in because I suspected I had a bad re Look I love Honda, and I respect the sanctity of a Honda dealership, but let’s call a spade a spade here. I came in because I suspected I had a bad rear wheel bearing and wanted to be sure as I have no jacks hands at my New Hampshire apartment(I’m from Massachusetts). I called around to multiple shops in the Manchester area literally just asking if they could take me in to check them out. No one could see me until over a week out and I need my car for work so I had to settle for the dealership. Short of it is I paid $139.95 just for them to tell me yes you have a bad rear wheel bearing, and then they had the audacity to offer to fix it for me for the low price of $540. Needless to say I did the xxxx fix myself cost me $100 for the wheel assembly from Honda. Now look I don’t mean to disparage this dealership. They offered to look at my car in a timely manner, the people were friendly, genuine, and the customer lounge was great they offered complimentary coffee and popcorn and had the NLCS game on the television. Bathrooms were great too. However if you’re looking to actually get any service on a vehicle that isn’t covered under warranty, I highly recommend turning the wrenches yourself unless you feel like shelling out twice the going rate of labor. Overall great dealership just typical nonsense that really has become par for the course when dealing directly with a car dealership. More

We had the privilege of working with Kerry Moynihan (a Dealer at AutoFair Honda of Manchester, N.H.) She not only sent us a video of the car we wanted before our visit plus all of the information pertaining to that particular car, but came in (on her day off) to assist us in a test drive and the eventual purchase. We are so impressed with not only Miss Moynihan but the entire AutoFair Honda of Manchester staff. Very professional , friendly and helpful.
