Lost my trust in Autofair Honda, service department!!! This was first time service department tried to sell me something not at all required in other words tried to conn me. I have done all my critical se This was first time service department tried to sell me something not at all required in other words tried to conn me. I have done all my critical services, oil exchanges and alignments with Autofair Honda, Since I purchased this vehicle from same dealer in 2016, service department. Worked with Pete Reynolds and Frank, they always provided right advise and provided complete report of my vehicle and good quick service. During this visit I was there from my wheel alignment, after taking my car in for alignment, he called me and said my front rotors and brake pads are critical and needs immediate replacement, which was lie, he did not check my service history, just before 1 week during my engine oil replacement, my report confirmed that I have 5mm in my brake pads and, its in perfect condition, will not require any replacement for next 6 months, same information confirmed during my visit last month for transmission and brake fluid exchange. I understand your sales team must have targets to meet, but service is more about what is required and what is right for the customer. John tried to make me spend over $500 on something which was not at all required. Also, he did not provide me my alignment report or any additional paperwork related to my visit or service. Didn't expect this from Honda dealer, worst experience every at Autofair Honda service, hope my review saves other customers from being conned..... More

Simple inspection took an hour I had come in for my initial inspection for a brand new car (200 miles on it).
