The entire experience was extremely pleasant from the beginning, with Kathy Cavanaugh replying to my email with information and a discounted price on the 2018 Pilot I was interested in, to Bob Black being very courteous, accommodating, and professional, throughout the entire decision and purchasing process, and Derek Hammond being very courteous and professional through the negotiation process, and Shawn Pabst's professionalism through the final stages of the purchase. I never felt any pressure or discomfort from anyone, and I felt very welcomed there. All dealerships should take a lesson from AutoFair Honda. I am recommending them to everyone. A bit overpriced. I looked online at what it would typically cost for the services I received. (Oil change w/synthetic, tire rotation, engine and cabin air filters, rad I looked online at what it would typically cost for the services I received. (Oil change w/synthetic, tire rotation, engine and cabin air filters, radiator flush, replace brake fluid) And it came to just over $400. Here I paid $632. Yes, there are legitimate factors that make a dealer cost more, but this is a significant difference. So do your homework. I also was not given a detailed price estimate before additional services were added. I initially went in for oil change, tire rotation and replacement of filters. About $130. Detailed prices were not given for the additional recommendations. A $500 price jump should come with a printed estimate. Everyone was very friendly. More
Easy buying process I found a vehicle that I was interested in on their website. I was called immediately after submitting a form on the site and made an appointment for I found a vehicle that I was interested in on their website. I was called immediately after submitting a form on the site and made an appointment for the following day. The test drive was painless, though the sales rep was on his cell phone for the duration of the ride. They were accommodating of the fact that we had to leave and return the following day. They didn't even ask for money down to hold the vehicle until we returned. They even understood that we wanted to go through our credit union for financing and submitted our app right to them. They never gave us grief over having our toddler with us during the process. My only complaint for the whole experience is that everyone was very impersonal. This isn't to say that they weren't pleasant, empathetic or understanding... they were all of those things. However, there was no personal connection through the entire experience. No small talk, no humanizing of the process. If we weren't talking about the deal there was no discussion at all. I didn't even get our Sales Rep's name until I grabbed his card while he was away from his desk. It felt very much like we were on an assembly line. We spent about 6 hours at the dealer over two days and I feel that I should have walked away knowing SOMETHING about the people who helped us in the sale. I feel like they missed the mark and opportunity to earn higher marks. Despite my one complaint, I would still recommend the dealer, and our sales rep to others. Just be prepared to feel like you're going through the self-checkout at the grocery store. More

Oil change and tire rotation Friendly and helpful, but the service took more than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Also driving home the message light "Tire Pressure Friendly and helpful, but the service took more than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Also driving home the message light "Tire Pressure is low" came up. Went straight to add air tire pressure is fine. Called AutoFair and they ask me to drive back to service, by the way it took me 30 minutes to drive home. So I end up reading the manual and reset calibration to get rid of the message. More
Dead animal in CRV. So sad not to love your new car. Service of John Otis was exceptional. Easy to work with I had a car restraint light come on in my dashboard. I made the appt through the Honda App on my phone that is connected to all of my info to my car. It was so easy and when I got there I was in and out within 5 min. When I went to pick up my car I was again in and out with 5 min. They are very courteous, knowledgable and did NOT try to sell me on anything else! It was a great experience! More
