Great Service I had gotten a puncture in my front tire. After having it repaired at a tire shop (not Honda), my Pilot was shaking/vibrating at speeds of 50-60 mph. I had gotten a puncture in my front tire. After having it repaired at a tire shop (not Honda), my Pilot was shaking/vibrating at speeds of 50-60 mph. I called Honda service, they got my an appointment the same day - within a few hours of my call. Within 1 hour of having my car, they diagnosed the problem, fixed it, as well as performed an oil change and inspection (to save me coming back in a few weeks). Turns out the tire place that plugged the tire didn't properly balance the tire. Once again, Honda went above and beyond my expectations with their quick, knowledgeable, friendly service. More
