So good, we came back for another car. I came to trade my old Jeep in for a new vehicle. Thorough, Efficiant, Friendly, Consise My family had been going to Autofair Honda for many years due to their phenomenal customer service and easy going attitude towards everyone. I went in My family had been going to Autofair Honda for many years due to their phenomenal customer service and easy going attitude towards everyone. I went in just the other night and was helped by John Swallow. He gave me a very friendly greeting even though it was pretty late at night and he was the last technician in the service bay. He came right up to me, asked me what was wrong with my car and answered all my questions with a very kind demeanor. He took the car right in and asked when we would need to the car to be ready by and I told him the next morning. Any salesman could’ve said that it would be too little time to fix everything on the vehicle or that they couldn’t do it, but John said he would have technicians take a look at it and that he would call me mid to late morning the next day. He called me the day around 10/11 o’clock to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. I went over to get the car and John said that his technicians did a thorough multi point inspection and even buffed my headlights too(I didn’t even ask him to check them)! He gave me the price point and I asked him if there was any way he could get the price down as I was a little tight with money. He didn’t hesitate and gave me 20% off which really helped me out! When I got the keys to my car, I was amazed at the quality of the work the techs had done on it. It drove super smooth and it looked immaculate!
