I am very disappointed and upset about my purchase of a Honda CRV at Autofair in Manchester, NH. Online, the vehicle did not have a roof rack. It was installed for this car to hold a sign for the Boston ma Honda CRV at Autofair in Manchester, NH. Online, the vehicle did not have a roof rack. It was installed for this car to hold a sign for the Boston marathon. I was forced to pay for it and then told that they would take it off on my trade. The car had 153 miles because it was driven to the Boston marathon. A sign was let over in the console, coins in the cup holder, along with several employee names attached to the Bluetooth. I paid FULL price for a brand new car of which I should have received instead of an employee work car!!! I also had a $500 coupon from the local paper that they refused to honor. It stated to present this coupon after you have made your best deal. Of course the “manager” declined it. The only person who was exceptional was the sales associate Nick was very understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. More
