She was knowledgeable about the cars and was able to show us many that suited our needs. Rhi knew the stock you had and was able to answer all our questions. She was courteous and did not rush us. At now time did she pressure us to make a decision we weren't ready to make. When my husband was unable to come to the dealership she drove the vehicle we had chosen to him. The purchase process was quick, thorough, and fair. We would definitely come here again. More

Vehicle inspection I was in the Manchester NH office for a sticker for my vehicle. I immediately noticed that Liam's desk was clean with no paperwork in his way. Car was not serviced correctly Brought our 2017 CRV In for servicing because the Air Conditioning wasn’t working properly. After being looked at and serviced, was told there was not Brought our 2017 CRV In for servicing because the Air Conditioning wasn’t working properly. After being looked at and serviced, was told there was nothing wrong at all, it was due to the humidity outside. Ridiculous, as we sweated in our new car. Not acceptable. So we traded the car in for something from a different manufacturer. New dealer told us there was something wrong with AC, and we explained Honda’s response. Good laugh. More
