Power Steering failed - service required The service agent (Randall Werner) looked for a lower cost replacement vs OEM part. Work was done quickly. When I drove it home, it didn’t feel right The service agent (Randall Werner) looked for a lower cost replacement vs OEM part. Work was done quickly. When I drove it home, it didn’t feel right. The wheel turned hard at low RPMs. Randall has me come right back in. They tried multiple child flushed but determined it was a bad replacement part. I was generously offered a loaner car - but I was going on vacation the next day. Randall checked with the master mechanic that it was ok to drive as is. 2 weeks later I got an appointment for the next day. A new power steering unit was installed. Randall did a test drive & assure me it was fixed - all at no cost to me. I really appreciate the effort put forth by the whole team, how well I was treated & how I was kept informed along the way. I was pleased a lower cost repair was proposed initially when I find didn’t even ask. Having all the extra work done at no cost was fantastic. And I always appreciate the ability to wait for work to be done vs. having to arrange for rides while work is being done. More
