A few problems I was told the new car was detailed, it was not the outside was dirty, the inside was clean but still had a bad smell from someone being in it, It was I was told the new car was detailed, it was not the outside was dirty, the inside was clean but still had a bad smell from someone being in it, It wasn't detailed, almost like it had been taken for a joy ride of 44 miles, I say 44 miles because the paperwork we had to sign said it only had 11 miles on it when it had 54. When I asked about the 44 miles they just laughed. . Then there was the damaged to the rear left that we were not told about. Yes, they fixed that after having to waste time to take it in and pick it up. The last car I bought there, same thing happen Oh it is detailed, it was not, in fact my wife found some women sunglasses in one compartment, Good thing we have a trust...that car also had over 200 miles on it. Brand new think again. Nothing was done about those miles ether. If you do buy from this place ask to see the car you are buying and check it before signing anything, More

Came in with 3 issues-none fixed I brought my 2016 Honda Pilot in for three separate issues-one was apparently a known issue and no fix was recommend, the other two were said to be fi I brought my 2016 Honda Pilot in for three separate issues-one was apparently a known issue and no fix was recommend, the other two were said to be fixed and were not. The first issue was a clunking sound that I would especially hear in reverse. John, the tech, explained to me that it is brake clicking and it’s normal and there was no safety concern. The next issue was a creaking noise from the front floor. John explained there were some welds in the frame gusset that were off and he made an adjustment to fix the sound. The third issue was a clicking sound from the dash. John again explained that there was a service bulletin available and he factory rebooted the infotainment system assuring me this would be the fix. All three issues are still happening. I called Frank Cisewski, the Service Manager to tell him this and ask about an item I left there. He was “surprised” to hear this. I told him I have 0 confidence in this service center especially after an equally dissatisfying experience of having a tow hitch installed after just purchasing the vehicle a few years ago. I should have listened to my instincts and never taken my car back there. I left with the same three issues I went in for and was down the diagnosis fee. I will never go back there. More
