A new Civic Sport Hatchback! I was looking for a new car and manuals are hard to find in some models. I believed that I wanted a Fit EX, but also wanted to check out the Civic Spo I was looking for a new car and manuals are hard to find in some models. I believed that I wanted a Fit EX, but also wanted to check out the Civic Sport. I had done some research and was unsure about a car any larger or more expensive than a Fit. My salesman, Harrison, was great. He gave me time to think, found a car that met my needs and tried to keep the price down. Once we took it for a test drive, I was very pleased with the performance compared to the Fit. I really appreciated all of the time invested to get me the best deal and to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you to all involved. I drove off the lot that same afternoon happy and excited about my new Civic Sport Hatchback. More
Knows all the bells and whistles! My husband and I have bought over 10 Hondas in the last 11 years (we each drive 25 - 35k miles a year). Let me start my review with the service de My husband and I have bought over 10 Hondas in the last 11 years (we each drive 25 - 35k miles a year). Let me start my review with the service department! Randall Werner is wonderful! I called him in the morning to see if I could bring BOTH cars in for our 60k & 100k services that day and he said of course! On my car he let me know that I would need new tires before the winter and cautioned me on driving in the rain. His advice on upcoming services is valuable, especially when you are trying to plan a budget. Long story short - my husband ended up trading in his CRV and took home a new CRV - and they paid him back for his service. James Dean & Jason helped to make this possible! Randall knew we were going Kayaking that weekend and needed the racks put on the car. They kept the new car overnight to put the racks on first thing in the morning. The next morning we went in to pick up the new car and was met by Jeff Shatney. My husband & I thought we knew everything about Hondas. Boy were we wrong! Jeff went through all the options on the presets, and then took us over to show us the other features of the car, and set everything up. He then asked if we had time so he could take us out for a drive. WOW! He showed us so many features on the car that we would not have been able to figure out on our own - Auto Hold, Cruise Control (IN TRAFFIC). He knew we both drove a lot in traffic and this was a game changer! The voice recognition features were cool too! I had been thinking of getting an "adult" car (had a 14 Civic Coupe) and was leaning towards a BMW, Lexus, Infinity or BMW, but didn't want to lose my Honda Service rep - Randall! He did tell me that they could also service Acura - so I had another option. Back to our drive with Jeff - with my conversation with Randall fresh in my mind, I started thinking about the options, but was a bit deflated when I heard they no longer make the Accord in a Coupe. When we got back to the dealership Jeff once again asked if I had time and he was going to show me Accords and how they are sporty looking. Again, after another long story I ended up getting a 2018 Honda Accord Touring Edition and absolutely loving it! While delivering my new car Jeff noticed a few spots on the car that weren't water spots and wanted to deliver me a perfect car. He again asked if I could bring the car back on a day that's convenient for me so his recon department can make it perfect. I brought it back 2 days later and the recon department delivered their promise – the car was spotless. Jeff did mention that the tech was covered in sweat – showing how much sweat equity he was putting into the car. On a funny note, when I went back in for the third day Jason came up to me to see if everything was okay, and if we were buying a third car. Sorry Jason, two cars in a weekend is enough for this family! But we’ll be back soon! I LOVE Auto Fair Honda! Over the 11 years we’ve been with them we’ve seen so many positive changes. Our first salesman, Austin Rush, was unbeatable, and got promoted. He personally handed us to another salesman he knew we would love – enter Jim Thatcher. Jim helped me to get my husband back into a Honda (after cheating on them with a Toyota - company car). Jim also knew I loved the Civics and I got THE first 2012 Civic, and then helped me order my beloved Honda Civic Coupe EXL with Navigation (For Sale at Autofair – she’s a beauty!). Jim recently retired and I thought I lost my “Honda Salesman”. We weren’t looking for a new car, so this wasn’t a big deal, but I always like to have a “guy” when talking to other people about my beloved Hondas! This is when those thoughts of a BMW were swirling in my head. But, my “service guy” Randall gave me hope. And now!? Both my husband and I have our own sales guys! Jim Dean & Jeff Shatney! What a great team they make! Jim Dean helped make my husband’s deal happen and put the Guru of Honda - Jeff Shatney on the delivery! During the delivery Jeff’s knowledge was so in depth it lead me staying with Honda and getting my first “adult” car (that still looks sporty – not stuffy!) Auto Fair Honda is the real deal! I like their approach on all aspects – from sales to service and the parts department. They are always asking questions and making sure you have the time. Randall, Austin, Jim, Jim, Jeff & Jason – THANK YOU! More

Oil plug problem Oil plug was over-torqued, so the threads were stripped. It wasn't Honda's fault, but we had a "new" used engine put in by them and inherited the prob Oil plug was over-torqued, so the threads were stripped. It wasn't Honda's fault, but we had a "new" used engine put in by them and inherited the problem. Honda service tried to fix it, but a part broke and so they tried to get the part to fix it locally, but there were none immediately available. In the end, they put in a brand new oil pan to make it right, and in the mean-time allowed me to use a loaner car so I wouldn't be stranded. Pete was extremely helpful, courteous and had great PR! He communicated throughout the day giving me updates on the progress or complications and I really appreciated that. Overall, good service! More
