Nick saved the day I called and scheduled a appointment for Friday morning to refinance my lease at 9:30am. I was told to ask for Melissa and she would set me up. When I arrived I was greeted by Nick with a smile and a hand shake. I have him Melissa's name and off he went to get her. When he came back he informed me they were all in an meeting. I was a little miffed and I also felt my time was not important. Nick too right over and tried to get me some help. I guess no one was available do he decided to start what he could.
