Lazarus was good but some of the others We haven't purchased a vehicle in many years. We went in to experience our first Honda and were met by Lazarus. He looked to be heading elsewhere bu We haven't purchased a vehicle in many years. We went in to experience our first Honda and were met by Lazarus. He looked to be heading elsewhere but stopped quickly and asked what we were looking for. He was patient, willing to answer our questions and worked with us into the evening and the next morning. Some of the other folks were not quite as helpful. We met a new manager who said he'd be back in a second and he never returned. We had a finance person tell us that if we agreed to an automatic withdrawal from our checking account we'd save an extra .25 percent from what he quoted. Turns out he was quoting us the reduced rate. Then there was the pressure to purchase gap insurance at $798 for the period of the loan. When I called my insurance company the next day, they provided it for us at $21/year until we don't need it. I talked with Mike who told me how to get it canceled and after another 30 minutes at the dealership, it was done. Would I go back. Yes. However, my eyes would be very open. Are we satisfied with the car? Yes. More
