A friendly and efficient service experience. I dropped my car off for a recall and some scheduled maintenance stuff. They took my car in, did the paperwork and got me on my way. We visited the AutoFair Honda dealership and Harrison Giza introduced himself and explained what models of Civic were available. He sat in the vehicle and explained all of the features prior to the test drive. He explained that he could order vehicles to meet our exact combination of colors. He was very professional and polite through the negotiations. He worked hard to get us a price that we were comfortable offering. His business manager, Adel and F&i manager, Jim Nartiff were excellent to work with. It was a great experience and I highly recommend AutoFair Ford. More
